As I mentioned before, I have yet to figure out the best way to organize my home office. Right now its in shambles. PURE SHAMBLES. I’m a crazy about things being organized so I’m a little surprised at myself. I really haven’t had the time I need for it to be put together in the best, most organized, and efficient way. I guess that takes more thought then I had originally planned.
I want to be able to work Snazzylime in the actual office rather than a Starbucks, library, alley behind the bar, what have you. Just kidding about that last one.
Here is what I think I need:
-Table, large enough to draft, have the Cricut and the computer
-Shelving for crafting supplies with mason jars, or cans to hold things I need frequently
-Place for current filing cabinet
-Magazine files
-Inspiration board
-A catch all
-Boxes per job so they are easily accessible
-Great binder to hold MORE portfolio items then my current one
-Chair
All that being said I think I have a vision for the office now. I hope my husby and I can do most of the work ourselves, and find some inexpensive items for organization. #ContainterStorePlease. :) Hopefully soon I will get a picture of my new office here soon.
Last challenge: keeping our current desk and computer well organized and separate from Snazzy. While still having ROOM in the ROOM. Maybe we need a smaller desk… or maybe a little recon. That’s good for everybody.
