Yesterday I had one.crazy.day… It was sort of a weird one for me as an executive assistant, but it gave me the motivation to work on Snazzylime even harder! I’m not one to be strapped to a desk for 8 hours a day. I’m constantly doing samples, keeping all things organized (i have yet to figure out the best and cutest way to set up the home office) and I’m trying my HARDEST to keep the accounting in order! Of course last night I went to bed thinking about what samples I was going to make today.
(notetoself: keep notebad by bed)Things are getting Snazzy. I got 3 new jobs in the last two weeks, and deadlines for 3 others are coming up at the end of the month. This all hit me last night. I was feeling the pressure of the client, which is not a bad feeling. (other business starter uppers, you know how I feel) It’s just knowing that their event beginnings lay in my hands, and a lot goes into creating a great invitation. I love being trusted to create what they want, and I love what I'm doing; This is starting to take off! So, my evenings have been filled with the click-click-clicks of the computer, the humming of the Cricut cutter, and the sounds of my brain going a million miles an hour. All the while trying to ignore the TV and the dogs as I immerse myself into another assignment. Ah, life i hope you keep going this way. Here's to learning more about myself, all kinds of people and real.life.business.
